MCOR Corp is an authorized guard academy under the PSIS (2005). We train security guard staff (SG1 and SG2) in preparation for the mandatory guard exam (legislation in effect April 15, 2010). Our curriculum has been developed in accordance to government requirements. In addition, the Guard Academy will provide sensitivity training that prepares a guard to work in culturally sensitive environments on campus or elsewhere.

We also offer institution specific training such as university protocol, student rights and university structure. We can even have LGBTQ speak on gay rights and safe boundaries protocol. Courses are held on U of T's campus, at St Michael's College.

Charity and community building is a core value for all MCOR staff. Many staff members enjoy both coordinating & volunteering in the St. Basil's Parish Out-Of-The-Cold program. Weekly nutritious meals are prepared for distribution to the homeless in the Bay-Bloor area.
